Monthly billing charges your card every month at the standard rate. Annual billing is paid up front for the year and unlocks a 20% discount on every tier — $833/mo for Starter, $2,083/mo for Growth, and $4,167/mo for Premium, billed once a year. You can switch between them at any time from your account dashboard.
If you're not happy within the first 30 days of a new subscription, contact us and we'll refund that month's payment — no questions asked. Annual plans are prorated for any full unused months remaining at the time of cancellation.
You can cancel directly from your account dashboard at any time. There are no retention calls, no commitments, and no cancellation fees. Your subscription stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Stripe automatically retries failed payments over the next few days and emails you a link to update your card. Your subscription and content delivery stay live during the retry window. If a charge ultimately can't be processed, we'll reach out directly to sort it out before any service interruption.
